In her talk, “My SJM Experience” on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 2:30 pm, Liz Chikayaasix Morrow (Unangax) will share what her three weeks in Sitka at the SJ Museum have been like. This Artist Talk will be held in-person at Sheldon Jackson Museum and simultaneously online.

Liz Morrow is an Unangax relief print maker and acrylic painter. She is the SJM Native Artist in Residence from June 17 – July 3, 2025. As part of the Alaska Native Artist Residency Program, Liz Morrow is sharing her art with museum patrons, giving two artist talks, hosting a pubic event, and giving a workshop.
